I recently asked people on social media if they had any scrap sheets of glass they no longer needed.
The response was amazing.
• Fifteen windows, some from 1863. Most still in their frames.
• Random glass sheets from an old garage. Two of which were very thick pieces. All a beautiful clear bluish green.
• A couple sheets from a contractor’s junk bin
There is a lot of free glass out there.
I can’t wait to start creating!

Hi- didn’t see your post. I’ve been collecting broken glass from my yard and I’ve got a five gallon bucket full.
Hate to see this just fill up the dump – if you melt, use for crystals, etc. Let ne know.
I might need some of your old panes, esp if wavy glass.

Thank you for reaching out. Right now I don’t need glass. I can put you on a list and reach out to you when I need some.
