Returns Policy
Due to the custom nature of the work that I do, there are no returns on custom pieces. I will repair or re-work any unsatisfactory or damaged pieces until you are satisfied with the art, but unfortunately do not take any returns.
Shipping
I can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, I will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. I primarily ship through USPS, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page along with the option for shipping insurance.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are order cost-base. The cost of any such item will determine your shipping cost. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies I use.
For custom orders there is a 10 week turn around period.
